No, it does not. We do not charge anything for the initial call. The purpose of the call is for us to get to know each other and discuss what I can do for you.

No. I do not use a contract. We will prepare a proposal or estimate based on what you tell me you want me to do. Once you accept, we will send you a Letter of Engagement, and the authorization to charge your credit card or ACH authorization. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin work for you.

Once authorized by you, we will auto-bill you via ACH, if you prefer, create a credit card payment of my service fee.

Just let us know that you wish to discontinue, and you will no longer be billed. We do not use a contract that binds you stay with us any specific period of time or prevents you from canceling at any time. After canceling our service, you should also remove us as your accountant in your QuickBooks Online account.

No, you do not. We have several options, but the most popular is to automate QuickBooks Online. We will link bank accounts, and credit cards to your QuickBooks Online. We can help you get vendors to bill you electronically. This eliminates the need to send us bills. We can also recommend apps that will allow you to take a picture of receipts or bills and have them entered directly into QuickBooks Online. We can also accept your documents via a secure document vault in the cloud. We also provide our clients with free use of DropBox to deliver documents to us. We can do all the data for you, some of it, or none of it.

We do not have a one-size-fits-all approach to delivering our services. Some businesses want a complete package, whereas others may only want bank reconciliations and financial reports each month. We will gladly give you a quote once we understand what you need us to do.

We recommend QuickBooks Online. Several different versions are available, and it will depend on what you need to do with QuickBooks as far as which version is right for you. It will depend on what you need as to which version of QuickBooks Online is your best choice. We will be glad to help you make the right choice for your business.

We never have your information on our computer – you are placing it on the QuickBooks cloud platform – and giving us access to your QuickBooks Online account. We do not use your account to gain access to your information. You can grant us access, or take away access, at any time you want.

Email is not secure. You should be sending all sensitive documents and information via your secured QuickBooks Online account. We will help you to do so, but do not use email to send employee information, passwords, bank information, identification, etc. We also prrovide access to a secure DropBox for each of clients to use to transfer their documents to us securely and safely.

I will go over your financial reports monthly to help you understand your current financial situation. However I do not provide financial, legal, or business advice. We do not offer any licensed professional service.

No, you do not. We can offer Payroll only service. We support QuickBooks Payroll, but you do not need to use QuickBooks to utilize the Payroll. You should check to make sure that your accounting software (if not QuickBooks Online) can integrate with QuickBooks Payroll.

We no longer provide bookkeeping or accounting service to Desktop users. We only support QuickBooks Online. We do assist the migration of your Desktop data to QuickBooks Online. If you need Desktop Support, we will gladly refer you to one of our trusted resources.
