Realizing that people involved in the real estate business often have issues with maintaining the financial records in QuickBooks Online, I am about to release a program designed to help release estate investors, house flippers, agents, property managers, and rental income property owners setup and use QuickBooks Online effectively.

The first part of the program includes new sets of Chart of Accounts for QuickBooks Online. Those Charts(COA) will be available in the next few days. An announcement will be made when they are available.
