Big changes are coming in September for Bill.com and Melio users working in QuickBooks. Notices will be going out until the middle of September about these two legacy programs that will no longer integrate with QuickBooks Online. 

QuickBooks Bill Pay, a new Intuit solution that’s fully integrated with QuickBooks Online, is coming and will be supported.

QuickBooks Bill Pay will have flexible pricing plans, including a plan with 5 free standard ACH transactions per month and no subscription fee. You will also be able to choose from optional paid plans to get more included standard ACH transactions per month, custom bill approval workflows, and roles and permissions to empower your team.

QuickBooks also says, “We remain committed to our open ecosystem strategy for partnerships and we’ll continue to enable you and your clients to synchronize your BILL or Melio accounts via existing partner app integrations available through QuickBooks App Marketplace.”
