As I mentioned last week in another blog post, changes are coming to QuickBooks online next year. One major change is the Invoice. The image above shows the new screen, which has been redesigned.

It looks much more like the actual invoice being created in QuickBooks Online. The screen has been designed to have switches on the right side, which can be turned on or off to include options on the actual Invoice.

Users of QuickBooks Online will see the new invoices beginning in early 2023. There will not be an immediate switchover, but rather a gradual rollout to the new invoice. The first to see the new invoice are those that do not have many features activated, but it will be made available to everyone no matter what you want to display on your invoice.
